Friendly service, great food, excellent value especially for the area. We stop in here every time we visit, and twice when we can. We also are able to use covered patio when we have our small dog with us.
The food (chopped pork,french fries & coleslaw) was hot and fresh. It was a good value and good size portion. I will go back whenever in the area! Update: Buddy's is still 5 stars in my book!
Had the Monday special. Pulled pork, hush puppies, coleslaw, and Mac and cheese. Amazing bbq joint. Nice indoor spot with TVs. Service pretty good. Food was exquisite!
My fiance and I absolutely love Buddy’s barbecue. It’s about 15 to 20 minutes down the road from where we live and is definitely our go to barbecue place in Sevier County!!!! They have decent prices and you get a pretty good bit of food for the amount that you spend. Also, good people work there along with a nice clean atmosphere!! We have eaten between the two of us, the chicken, the pulled pork, the turkey and my fiance tried the ribs and he enjoyed those. One of our favorites is definitely the pulled pork, but sometimes we don’t mind having the smoked chicken or even the turkey with lots of BBQ sauce!! The hot fudge cake with ice cream dessert is awesome!!!! You need to definitely check them out if you haven’t done so yet!!!!
In town for vacation. The food was great! The place is up to date and well taken care of. The meal cost was more than reasonable. 2 persons in my party. We both ordered a big meal. With a tip it was under 30 after tax. I couldn’t eat all the food. The desserts are limited on choice but the price was less than other sit down restaurants would charge. 5 stars....save Room for a Hot fudge cake. Mmmmm
This BBQ joint is absolutely amazing!! We were recommended this by someone back home in St. Louis who has a BBQ restaurant of his own. The service and food were fantastic, and there was a giant dessert that was big enough for 4 of us to share and not even finish! Highly recommend Buddy's BBQ!
What can we say?! Buddy’s bar-b-q in Sevierville is the BEST!! We live 3 hrs away..NC an every time we come to the smokies we stop to have the best meal. The trio platter is always perfect when you can’t decide..lol! Today we stopped for lunch I hand the hash back with pork bbq, absolutely delicious husband got the platter of bbq with potato salad with green beans, course my husband said leave the tinfoil..lol then as we were finishing up Tami one of the employees came by to see if we were enjoying an making sure everything was satisfactory. Tami was a delight to talk with today!! She is a keeper!! Thank You Buddy’s bar-b-q for always giving delicious portions an so many choices. See ya next time!!!
We are local and have eaten at Buddy’s for many years. It’s our go to when we are in town and need a delicious, quick meal. It is consistently delicious, and that is important to us! Staff is friendly and very willing to help with any requests. We love that they have English Mountain Spring water at the drink station. The pickles are an added bonus. I normally get the half chicken dinner, which is my favorite menu item. I love the baked potato’s and hot dogs as well. Normally I do not care for desserts at restaurants. They just don’t compare to homemade, but their hot fudge cakes are the best. Try it with extra fudge sauce! You’ll thank me later!
